Los Angeles Performing Arts Conservatory (LAPAC) provides training in acting, screenwriting, and directing for beginners, advanced artists, as well as those that are transitioning into English-speaking markets.
Our school is approved by the California Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education as a degree granting institution and we offer an associate’s degree program in acting and in screenwriting as well as series of non-degree certificate programs and short-term intensive acting workshops.

The faculty of LAPAC is comprised of working professionals and professional creative educators with a mission to help students succeed as actors, directors, and writers.
Our Training Philosophy
LAPAC educates students using a variety of acting philosophies, offering courses in Meisner, Adler, Strasberg, Checkhov, and Yale Techniques. We also teach The Actor’s Keys, a method developed by LAPAC founder and director Natalia Lazarus.

Our International Student Body
Our student body is composed of a combination of students from the U.S. and international students from Europe, Asia, and Latin America. As a school with an accredited degree program, LAPAC can assist international students with obtaining an F-1 federal visa, which allows students to not only attend school in the U.S. but acquire work permits as well.
